# e-Payment - Reports

Customers can utilize the reports provided to generate on-demand; real-time information based on the transactions generated for a specified period.

| Pre-Payment Statement Report | This report contains detailed financial records of pre-payments made to Barbados Port Inc. It includes the date of pre-payment, amount paid, customer details, reference for the pre-payment, and remaining balance.                                 |
| Deposit Statement Report     | This report provides users with comprehensive financial records, detailing the funds deposited into their Barbados Port Inc. pre-payment account over a specified period. It categorizes these deposits by pre-payment, cheques, and bank transfers. |
| Daily Taking Report          | This report provides the user with comprehensive financial records that outline the generated revenue. It provides specific dates and a detailed breakdown of all sources contributing to the revenue.                                               |
