# Waste Requirements

## How to insert Waste Requirements

1\.   Enter the last port of delivery, the last date of delivery, the next port of delivery, and the person submitting the information.

2\.   Navigate to the categories of waste: Annex I - Oil, Annex II - Noxious Liquid Substances, Annex IV - Sewage, Annex V - Garbage, and Annex VI - Air Pollution.&#x20;

> Each section must be selected.

3\.   If the vessel is delivering all the waste held on board, then click the checkbox. If not, proceed to step 4; otherwise, advance to the health declaration screen.

4\.  Enter the information for the person reporting waste on board.

5\.   Enter the information into the respective section. Users can add details for a specific type by clicking the ‘Add’ button. For editing, navigate to the record by clicking the edit icon (pen), make the necessary changes, and then click ‘Save’. To delete, click the trash bin icon and confirm by clicking ‘Okay’.
