## How to add an International Certificate of Vaccination or Prophylaxis

1. Navigate to the record of the person you wish to add, then select the dropdown arrow to the left of their name.
2. Click the 'Add Vaccination information' button within the sub-grid.
3. Enter the details into the respective fields provided.

4\.   Click the 'Save' button to save changes.
